To ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient workflow, we require full payment at the start of each project.

This upfront payment secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin work immediately without delays. It also helps streamline the process by removing the need for payment follow-ups or interruptions during key phases of design and development.

Just like reserving time with any professional service provider—such as a photographer, designer, or consultant—upfront payment confirms our mutual commitment and sets the tone for a focused, timely delivery.

This approach ensures we can dedicate our full attention to your project and deliver the highest quality work, while giving you peace of mind that everything is taken care of from the outset.

1. Time and Expertise Are Committed Immediately Design and development work begins as soon as a project is initiated. From research and concept planning to initial drafts, our team invests significant time and professional expertise up front.

   
   

2. Creative Work Is Intellectual Property Logo, web and mobile app design involve custom creative work that cannot be "returned" once delivered or seen. Even initial concepts require unique design thinking and professional execution that holds value.

   
   

3. Project Scheduling and Resource Allocation When we accept a project, we reserve time and resources specifically for you—turning away other potential clients. The non-refundable policy ensures we can maintain our schedule and provide the attention your project deserves.

   
   

4. Discourages Scope Misuse or Indecisiveness Our policy helps ensure that clients are committed and prepared to collaborate with intention. It helps reduce indecision or misuse of design drafts and rounds of revisions beyond agreed scopes.

   
   

5. Custom Work Is Not Resellable Unlike off-the-shelf products, custom logos and websites are made exclusively for each client. These assets cannot be resold or repurposed for another business if canceled midway.

Domain Setup (Included in All Packages)

As part of your website package, we will set up and purchase your domain — this is your website’s address (e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk).

What’s included:

• Help choosing an available domain name

• Domain registration (typically valid for 1 year)

Important to know:

• Domain names usually cost around £10–£20 per year, depending on the domain ending (e.g. .com, .co.uk, etc.).

• We will register the domain on your behalf and then send you the login details and renewal info, so you own and control it.

• After the first year, you will be responsible for renewing the domain annually to keep your website live.

  
  

You will always own your domain name, and we will make sure you have all the info you need to manage it moving forward.
